ASA’s Return Policy for Credit Card Purchases
Returning something to us from the U.S.:
- If you need to return an item back to ASA for any reason, please follow the instructions listed below:
- To do an exchange, please write on the yellow packing slip “exchange for size …” and ship it back to us with the product inside of the package. You will ship it back to the address listed below. You can use a shipping service of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to send it back to us as well at the additional shipping to reship to you.
- To do a return, please write on the yellow packing slip “return for credit” and we will put that money back on the card you paid with as soon as we receive it. You will ship it back to the address listed below. You can use a shipping service of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to send it back to us.
- Shipping Errors or Incorrect Size: These items must be new and in the original package. Soiled or stained merchandise will not be accepted for credit. For health reasons, undergarments such as jocks or supporters cannot be returned even if they are the incorrect size.
- Defective Merchandise: Contact customer service before returning any merchandise. We stand behind the quality of our products under normal wear.
